Travel happens. I'll walk you through cancellation policies upfront so there are no surprises, and I always recommend travel insurance for unexpected situations. If something does come up, I handle the rebooking or cancellation calls so you don't have to sit on hold.
Yes. Most Disney and cruise vacations only require a small deposit at booking, with the balance due closer to your travel date. I'll set up a payment schedule that works for you and send friendly reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.
Earlier is almost always better. Disney and the cruise lines reward early bookings with the best room availability, dining options, and pricing. Ideally 9–12 months out for Disney, 6–12 months for most cruises — but I'll happily plan a last-minute trip if that's where you are.
I monitor every booking for price drops and promotions after you book. If a discount becomes available that applies to your trip, I'll automatically apply it on your behalf and let you know what you saved. You don't have to think about it.
